TASK GROUPS
WHY TASK GROUPS?
Much of the groundbreaking work of the NNDC takes place within our task groups – multidisciplinary teams made up of leading clinicians and researchers from our member institutions who devote their time and expertise to one or more initiatives related to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of depressive illnesses.
To generate the forward momentum needed to make a difference in the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of depressive illnesses, the NNDC has created a platform for unprecedented scientific collaboration through our Task Groups.
Task Groups give researchers, representing the top institutions and cutting across a broad range of medical, social science, and management disciplines, the opportunity to address some of the most pressing mental health challenges through a targeted interest approach.
WHO PARTICIPATES IN TASK GROUPS?
Recognized leaders from our member institutions can come together with a shared commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration to represent the state-of-the-science in research and care. Learn more about the institutions our network is comprised of here: nndc.org/member-sites
