UCSF Depression Center to host public talk on depression, personality, and genetics

The UCSF Depression Center will host a free evening seminar on December 14, for patients, family members, clinicians, and other community members interested in learning more about how mental health professionals are using genetics to understand who we are.

The talk, “The Genetics of Personality & Depression,” will be given by UCLA Professor of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences Jonathan Flint, MD.

The event is also sponsored by the UCSF Department of Psychiatry, UCSF School of Nursing, and National Network of Depression Centers.
