We were back in Ann Arbor, Michigan for the 2022 Annual Conference: Fostering Mood Innovations: Research and Clinical Networks at the NNDC Annual Conference!

The 2022 National Network of Depression Centers Annual Conference returned in person to the home of the NNDC Ann Arbor, MI to celebrate the 14th annual conference. Our goal was to bring leading experts from across the Network and around the world together to learn, discuss, and explore opportunities to collaborate on initiatives designed to improve outcomes for people suffering from depressions and related mood disorders.

POSTER SESSION

The 14th Annual NNDC Conference was held September 20-21, 2022 – and we were excited to see posters in person again this year in Ann Arbor, MI! The Conference Program Committee welcomed all conference attendees to submit a poster related to depressions and bipolar illnesses, particularly those that fit the conference theme. Posters were submitted to one of two categories:

  1. Basic Science
  2. Clinical Programs

A “Best of” and an “Emerging Scholar Best of” poster award was designated for each category. “Emerging Scholars” were graduate students, fellows, post-doctoral fellows, residents, or early career faculty within 5 years of fellowship or post-graduate appointment at Center of Excellence or Associate Member center. Submission Deadline: Ended August 1, 2022

KEYNOTE ADDRESS

Scaling Up Psychosocial Therapies to Reach the Last Mile: Lessons from the Global South was delivered by Dr. Vikram Patel, MBBS, Ph.D. (Harvard Medical School).

PLENARY TALK

Thriving After Depression: Methods, Evidence, and Implications was presented by Dr. Jonathan Rottenberg, Ph.D. (University of South Florida).
